Ms. Loh Seow Yuen believes in being the Change one wants to see and has been actively involve in philanthropic activities since a teenager, leading her to launch Love Without Borders Association in Macau supporting initiatives in China, India, Bhutan, Nepal, Vietnam, Singapore, etc. in areas of Education, Infrastructure Building, Medical, Basic Necessities & Food, Animal Rights and Environmental Issues for the underprivilege that has fallen through the gaps. These includes initiating sustainable projects such as building water hand pumps in Bodhgaya, Bihar for villages without access to water, building animal hospital in Nanjing for Dogs Shelters, building underground heating system in remote places with extreme cold, helping education institutions to create fund raising platform to source for funds, funding translation projects for heritage literature, etc.

Ms Loh Seow Yuen graduates from the Nanyang Technological University and holds a Master in Marketing and also an MBA. Prior experiences include holding key management positions in the region, managing business portfolio for private and public listed corporations in the Asia Pacific Region.

Ms Loh Seow Yuen is currently the Managing Director of MSS Recruitment Ltd; the Gold Recipient Award for the 1st Deignan Award for SMEs operating in Macau SAR. Under Ms Loh’s leadership. MSS is currently the largest integrated HR Agency provided complete HR solutions to fortune 500 companies operating in Macau and Hong Kong. MSS Recruitment was also awarded the Best Supplier Award 2019 by Sands China Ltd in the outsourcing category out of 2500 suppliers.
